Requesting Service
If you have a service issue, please call Super Enterprises’ Service Department at (800) 48-MARVIN (486-2784) ext.648 or email us.
Note to Trade Customers:
Upon receipt of your new Marvin, Integrity, or Infinity products, inspect them to ensure they are exactly what you ordered. Although receiving incorrect or damaged product is rare, every Marvin unit is made to order, and we do not want your work to be delayed. Report any discrepancy or damage to your dealer immediately, as the warranty provides 90 days from the delivery to submit a claim.
If you have a service concern, we ask that you first verify the installation is correct using Super’s Installation Inspection Form. |
